Published: 2026-10-07 / Updated: 2026-10-07
17LIVE is a live-streaming app that is described as having started in Taiwan.
We read its terms of use (the Japanese version) and its Japanese App Store listing. In Japan it is run by 17LIVE Inc. in Shibuya, Tokyo. The terms say part of the work is handled by 17LIVE (Taiwan) Limited in Taipei.
This guide covers what those pages say and how 17LIVE differs from Stripchat, a third-party adult live-cam platform.
